Dive into the depths of Istanbul's ancient history with our "Basilica Cistern Walk & Talk Tour." This guided tour takes you through one of the city's most intriguing historical sites, the Basilica Cistern, a marvel of Byzantine engineering and a testament to the grandeur of the ancient city.
During the tour, a knowledgeable guide will lead you through the Basilica Cistern, an underground reservoir built in the 6th century during the reign of Emperor Justinian I. Known as the "Sunken Palace," the cistern was designed to store water for the Great Palace of Constantinople and other nearby buildings.
