• Registration fees include 3 full days of conference attendance, Coffee Breaks on all days, Lunchs on all days, Welcome Reception&Coctail on first day evening
• Gala Dinner tickets will be optional
• VAT (20%) shall be added to the prices (registration fee). Z Event reserves the right to change the fee if any changes arise in the taxes, charges, and duties levied.
• Z Event is entitled to shift the probable tax, due, and charge changes
• Agency reserves the right to cancel the request or make a change to the registration in case of incomplete fee payments

Cancellation Condition of Registration

• Cancellation requests for registration must be communicated to Z Event and organization by e-mail to the address registration@ifla2024.com
• Cancellation requests made until June 15, 2024 will be refunded fully after the deduction of bank costs.
• There will be no refund for the cancellations made after the date June 15, 2024. It will be possible to make name changes until latest September 01, 2024. Congress Organization Committee and Z Event do not accept any responsibility for any changes after very date.
• All reimbursements shall be made after the end of the congress.
